Delete your account and data.
Request deletion of your CardNuvio Android account and associated personal data. This service is operated by Bug Mars Inc. (BugMars).
Option 1 — In the app
- Sign in to CardNuvio.
- Open the account menu, then Settings → Delete Account.
- Read the deletion information and request a verification code for your registered email.
- Enter the code, tap Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2 — Without installing the app
Email troy.ulysses@bugmars.buzz from your registered email with the subject CardNuvio Android account deletion. State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. No reinstallation is required.
We may request proportionate proof of account ownership. Never send passwords, PINs or one-time verification codes to support. An email request does not itself confirm that deletion has finished; support will explain any outstanding steps.
What deletion covers
The request covers your account profile, contact details, saved bank-account details, uploaded images and other personal data associated with the account. Please resolve any pending trades, withdrawals or balance questions with support.
Records that may need to remain
Transaction, payout, dispute and security records may need to be retained where necessary for outstanding obligations, fraud prevention or applicable law. Retention varies by record and applicable obligations. You may ask which records remain, the reason and the applicable retention period. These records must not be used to continue an active account after closure.
You may also request deletion of specific optional data without closing the whole account by emailing the same address and describing the data. Read our privacy policy.
